We offer a 1-month trial, you can cancel anytime. After that, you can choose a flexible contract between 3 to 12 months.

We offer a mix of keyless and in-person check-in solutions, depending on what suits your property best.

-Can I still access bookings and operations?

Absolutely. As the owner, you have full transparency and access to your calendar, guest messages, and all property operations.

-How is cleaning organized?

We either handle cleaning directly or coordinate with your existing cleaning crew, depending on your preference.

-How are your fees structured?

We charge a percentage of your rental income based on the service level:

• Standard package: 18%

• Premium package: 21%

• VIP package: 24%
